Return & Refund Policy
Our return & exchange policy lasts until 5 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. If 5 days have passed since you received your order, we will not offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate your return or exchange, please email us at support@crystalworldagate.wearl.co.in with your order receipt and details of the products to be returned. Also, provide the reason for the return.
Note: Complaints will only be accepted via email. WhatsApp/phone calls will not be considered valid complaint channels.
Conditions for Replacement or Return
A request for replacement or return will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- A different product was supplied than what was ordered.
- The product must not have been used or worn out.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging (which must not be broken or soiled).
- Order receipt must be provided with the return request.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the return is approved or rejected.
Approved Returns:
- Prepaid Orders: A refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallets, etc.) within 5-7 days of receiving the product.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits only since cash is collected by the shipping company and cannot be directly refunded to the customer.
Shipping of Return Items
To return your product, please send it to the following address:

- Only the value of the product will be refunded; the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
- The product must be packed carefully to avoid damage. If the product is damaged or worn out when received by us, refund eligibility will be void.
Missing or Broken Items
We recommend taking a video of the unboxing to support any claims regarding missing products. We thoroughly check and pack orders to prevent errors, and breakages during transit are unlikely. However, if an item is missing, send us the unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement.
Note: If no unboxing video is shared, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement for missing items.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to support@crystalworldagate.wearl.co.in with your order ID and product details.
- If the order has not been shipped: A full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- If the order has been shipped: Cancellation is only possible by refusing delivery when the product arrives.
- Once the product is returned to us, a refund will be processed, deducting both-way shipping costs.
- The entire process may take 5-7 working days to return and an additional 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If the shipping partner marks your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, email us within 24 hours at support@crystalworldagate.wearl.co.in.
If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we will not be responsible for the lost package.
International Orders (Outside India)
We do not offer returns or refunds for international orders due to complex customs regulations. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank if needed; processing times may vary.
If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@crystalworldagate.wearl.co.in.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@crystalworldagate.wearl.co.in and send the item to the following address:

Shipping charges for both pickup and delivery during exchanges will be borne by the customer.
